OK... it is around 100 miles.... Time is really dependant on how long it will take because traffic when moving between Orlando and Tampa averages 80 mph.... If you leave when the parks close you will be stuck in traffic! and it will take an hour to leave orlando.... also you will have to go through Tampa so timing can effect that too... on the weekend not a problem... weekdays make sure that you arent hitting Tampa at rush hour time....

Timed properly 1hr 15 minutes- .... at wrong time 3hr!

Depending on where in Pinellas Park and Orlando you are asking about, but it is roughly 100 miles.
And once again depending on where you are and traffic on I4 and I275 it's about 1.5 hrs drive.

I live in Ppark and it takes us 1 hour 10 min to get to orlando. On time on a monday, it took us ~45 min to get home from Orlando. It is unpredictable as to traffic and construction. I think it is around 96 miles.
