Hide little messages in clothing she will wear in other seasons. You could also give some messages to her friends or family to leave around your house occasionally through out the year. Send her an email every day that simple says I love you nothing else.

Keep on touch by phone, chatting with webcam, send a letter or gift, Always say that shes beautifull whatever its takes.
