Yes...they're normal vitamins, however the only reason they're even called "prenatal" vitamins is because of the additional nutrients/minerals in them that are deemed necessary if you're pregnant. Sometimes women who aren't pregnant choose to take them in order to grow their hair or nails (or make their hair or nails healthier). If this is the only reason you want to take them, the pharmacy sells hair, skin and nail vitamins.

Yes, you can. You don't have to be pregnant just to take the prenatal vitamins. It is also very helpful if you are thinking about kids in the future. Your body will have all of the nutrients it needs to develope a nice healthy baby :)

It is safe to take prenatal vitamins particularly if you are trying to get pregnant. That way your body has all the nutrients required to grow a healthy baby.

Yes you can! It's just vitamins. They are really good to take especially if you want to get pregnant 'cause they are full of folic acid which is an important vitamin to take during pregnancy. Overall, it's perfectly safe to take at all times.

Yes. I've never been pregnant and take them. I feel better than when I take regular vitamins.
