As far as I have ever seen Spider man has fought the Incredible Hulk only once. And it was a draw but he wouldn't have a chance to win or to lose it would always end in a draw. Because Spiderman can't hurt the Hulk and the Hulk can't hit Spiderman

Like in the box office? Spiderman would crush the Hulk. The Hulk was a horrible movie. Suckiest movie I ever had to sit through. Spiderman could own Hulk.

No, not really. Go to the Marvel Directory on line, and check out the listings for the Hulk and for Spider Man. You will see how much, much stronger Hulk is. Spider Man’s only chance is to stay out of his reach until he can get away. (Unless he has the Captain Universe powers again.) I like Spidey better, but Hulk is tougher. (I call Hulk ‘Anger-Management-Issues-Man’…!)

Spiderman has been lucky enough a few times to beat the Hulk but in a toe to toe battle Hulk would SMASH bug man.

If Spidey can keep the fight going until the Hulk calms down, the he will be able to kick Bruce Banner's butt.
PS....Lou Ferrigno is still the best Hulk....No CGI crap.
