The cat's. I know it ain't possible, but you don't see any cats cleaning toilets do ya? My theory: If you sh!t in it, you clean it yourself. Wouldn't that be nice?

Whoever wanted the cat, unless the person who wanted the cat is pregnant then she probably shouldn't be changing the litter box and her husband/boyfriend whatever should be nice enough to change it for her. If she doesn't have a S/0, then she needs to invest in face masks to wear when changing the litter box.

The litter box should never get THAT NASTY though that it becomes a huge issue- I have a cat and hers gets scooped every day and the litter completely changed once a week. It's not that bad if you don't let it pile up...
