You can take a test up to a week before your missed period, but the longer you wait, the less you risk a false negative test. I have been pregnant twice, and both times I could tell I felt different a day or two after conception. It really depends on your individual cycle, though. If you're an early ovulator, the test may be perfectly accurate before you even miss a period. Also, conception itself can happen up to a week after you have sex, since the sperm can live for that long.

Take a test a week after your missed period those ones that say you can test early you have to have a certain amount of hcg level hormone in you. So people dont have as much as they are asking for.

There is a new pregnancy test out, can't remember the name, but it's supposed to work 5 days before your missed period. It's a pink and purple box. Good Luck!

You should wait at least 2 weeks after you ovulate to take a test. This should be around the same time you would get your period.

I didn't notice anything till a week after I found out. I'm sure its different for everyone though. But saying that even though I really didn't have "symptoms" I knew I was pregnant. I could tell. I was thinking about it alot and I felt a little "off". If you think you are really think you are you might be. Wait till you find out for sure though to say that what you feel is from pregnancy. You might be dehydrated. I was really tried too though.

depends when your period is due, could be a week could be a month, you can take some tests like the EPT up to 5 days before period is due, but Id recommend no earlier that 2 days before it's due (not as accurate) GL
