I told one of my girl friends because i thought i could trust her and then she went and told the whole world now he wont even talk to me what should i do?

the only thing you can do is tell him you are sorry and you're not the one who told every body you thought you could trust this friend and you would never hurt him like that that's all you can do and if he still doesn't want to talk to you there is nothing much more you can do

I guess you should apologize 'cause you did the wrong thing. And now you have to make him understand that coming out might be easier for him to be loved and not to hide. You have to make him trust you again and help him with his all new problems. I have a lot of gay friends and they are very happy about it. Depending on where you live, offer him to go out in gay bars with him so he would feel more comfortable.
Keep in mind that trust is tha basis of any friendship!

Well there is nothing really to be done at this point, except apologise to your friend( if he allows you to speak to him). You betrayed your friend's trust. If he decides to still call you a friend, you will have trust issues that may take sometime to sought out. He was obviously not ready to tell everyone about his true nature and you kinda left him vulnerable. Give him sometime maybe eventually he may feel relieved that he is out of the closet. Good luck.

attempt to talk to him , tell him what you think of roughly him then make certain If ever you have have been given the same emotions for him , do not care approximately what human beings might say or in any respect ...If not then the only selection you have have been given is to interrupt each and all of the binds...yet this may be confusing as you have been acquaintances for the reason that long...:/... tell him that this may be merely for the reason which you the two are like ultimate acquaintances and that he's seeing it in a incorrect attitude and which you have have been given never observed him in that way... properly sturdy success h0pe issues get better between you 2... :)

Loose lips sink ships, your friend told you something in confidence and you betrayed that and this kind of secret could really hurt your friend if he doesn't want the world to know he is gay. I don't blame him, I wouldn't speak to you either, you just showed how much your friendship meant and now you don't have it.

Well your friend confided in you a very personal secret. He was probably not ready to come out yet and you betrayed him by telling your girlfriend. I guess all you can do now is apologize and hope he forgives you. Be patient with him and wait till the dust settles.
Girls can't keep secrets unless it involves them!

you know this is really funny because this same situation happened to one of my friends.....this girl told her that she was buy and she told her not to tell anybody but she did and now the whole school knows!!!! I will admit that i can't show you sympathy because it was wrong of you to tell anybody !!! but i do undrstand that you thought you could trust your friend.....think about it maybe shes not a so called"friend" because you should be able to trust your friend. so to wrap all this up i don't think any of yall are good friends(im not trying to be rude but its avious)

tell him that you are sorry. tell him what happen. and hope that someday he will find it in his heart to forgive you. he trusted you with something very sacred to him and you told. in this day and time that is not safe for him. be a good friend and even though he is not speaking to you watch his back. you never know about those who hate the gays. they may hear about him and try to hurt him. so tell him you are sorry and watch his back.

leave this matter for some weeks and then go and say that ur sorry and u wont do it again! but don't be hopfull that ur friend will say his secrets to u again....

You should not of told anybody whether you thought you could trust them or not. All you can do is apologise and give him time. Perhaps write a letter saying how bad you feel.
