Cooked from home it would be salad, rib steak, baked potato and white corn. Drink would be V8juice
From a resturant: salad, spareribs,dinner roll, baked potato and a vegetable of the day and a glass of water with no ice, but with a slice of lemon.
Second choice would be several seafood items.. forget anything else.. I'll drink water

Well thats going to be kind a cliding after a time, Why don't you try something new,such as a tunnna sandwich,some fruits or some orange and pineapple juice.I know this will inprove your health instead of the rice.Too much starch will give you the disease (Sugar) or other difficiencies.

Lasagna with a side of asparagus and a little bowl of butter to dip asparagus tips in. Plus, garlic bread with homemade garlic butter, and a tall glass of Dr. Pepper. I know that's a whole meal and I'm sorry to get so technical about it. But I love all italian food, so I guess my favorite food is tomatos! Sounds yuckie huh!?
