Is there a medical reason that would explain a "yes" or "no" answer?
Why not? It's just a grooming decision like any other.
I think the question should be: What do women think about men who shave their legs?

Don't really care about the legs, but I think they should shave their backs if you can see the hair sticking out of the top of their shirt... that's just gross.

Only if you want to. It's personal preference. Don't do it just because people tell you to, or tell you they think you should. I don't think you should, because it's how you are, guys are supposed to have hair on their legs :)
