Relax, relax. This is very normal procedure now for many companies. This person will more than likely just observe you. So sit up straight, and look your interviewer in the eye. Use a nice clear voice and , of course, your best grammar. Fold hands in lap... don't tap feet. No nervous laughter. You'll be fine. And in all interviews, people are nervous. They will be aware of that. One thing you should be aware of. The psychologists is not there to find " bad " things about you. He is also going to note your finer points... and confidence will be one of them. So, tomorrow you keep telling yourself, " This is MY job. I'm good, I deserve it !!"

Go to the interview! The psychologist will only be there the first time. Before you know it, it will be over. Just be yourself. I'm sure this person is not there to tear you apart and embarrass you. Try to forget that they're there. Be as professional as you can be and focus on the person giving the interview.

Do NOT try to answer questions based on how you think the psychologist will rate your answer!!!
Answer everything truthfully and remember the most important part of the interview is how to represent yourself. Be confident and ready to bring forth instances of how you handled different situations, especially nearly disastrous ones.
Be yourself yes, but put forth the best of yourself, show that you are the one they need.
And it IS normal to be uneasy about having a psychologist evaluating you, you are human no matter what anybody else says.

hey psychologists are people too, not attack dogs. youre scared because they know human behavior, you think they´ll judge you abnormal? you envy their knowledge? there are many possible reasons why you have this phobia. Try to figure out why you have this fear of them, try to confront it, and say, although psychologists are this that the other thing, bla bla bla, i am not afraid because i am a competent, normal individual and i have a good chance of getting this job.
