The pencil necked geek Ilan won.
But, based upon Tom Collichio's Blog, Tom wanted to disqualify Cliff, Sam, Elia and Ilan for trying to shave Marcel's hair, but the show producers wouldn't let him do that.
So based upon Head Judge Tom's comments, technically, Marcel should have won.

Yes, it was ILAN, even though he was an as*, I felt he was the better chef. He kept it simple, and made a wonderful dish.
