We are trying to figure out if it's everybody that worked on the picture, or just the company that made it, or the directors/producers? Please let me know!

The producers each get a statue but the Academy limits a film to three producers for Oscar purposes.

Good question - I've wondered that myself. I'm guessing all concerned get a much smaller Oscar that's probably also made out of a less expensive material.

The producer(s) of the film get the "Best Picture" statue. If there are multiple producers, they each get one.

I think the producers get it. If a director wins for best directing, then he gets his own oscar. Well.......actually......I think all the actors in the movie get one too.
