I am assuming that you mean what had never been seen in the Americas. A partial list would include:
horses
muskets
smallpox
All three of these things radically changed the Americas, and helped to decimate the native populations.

Diseases,guns,reform, assimulation, christianity, crossbreeding,corruption, betrayal, war with other explorers over land that wasn't theirs in the first place. The list goes on. I see nothing really positive here. None that I can think of anyway, sorry.
