It depends...

YES - if you have no job or a low-wage job, can't pay the rent, are living off someone else, deal drugs, steal to get money for drugs, are a general drain on society or a leech

NO - if you stay within your limits/threshold and contribute positively to society i.e. have a steady job, it doesn't effect those around you, you don't get caught with illegal substances (a biggie!)

Sure go for it, I hear it has less harmful affects on the body, but you could also try quiting all harmful substances too; and switch to a healthier habit.

yes. save the drinking for once in a while social settings only, and the weed for when you develop cataracts or nausea!
