I call the little person growing inside the womas uterus a baby.
Fetus is a word abortionists use to dehumanize the child to make themselves and the potential mothers feel better about murdering innocent babies.
Abortion doesn't prevent a woman from becoming a mother. It just makes her the mother of a dead baby.

Scientifically, the answer is A. That said, I have never heard of a pregnant woman saying she felt the fetus kick.

Until implantation it is known as an zygote. Then it is an embryo until about the 8th week, then it is a fetus. These are medical terms. What people choose to call their unborn offspring is really up to them.

through out the pregnancy a baby is called
blastocyst- implantation week 4
embryo- week 6 - 11
Fetus -week 11 - birth
at least that's what we learned in school and that's what it says at
http://www.pregnancyguideonline.com/wk4.htm
but since we have found out it was a boy we have been calling him Anthony.
