The answer is 201.

It seems to be a sequence of numbers that add 12 and 15 alternating each time.

IE. 147 + 12 = 159
159 + 15 = 174
174 + 12 = 186

SO : 186 + 15 = 201

One answer would be 201, but there isn't enough in the sequence to assure that is the correct pattern...

This is assuming the pattern is +12, +15, +12, +15, +12...
