If the moons orbit changed, it would be possible since the moons rotation keeps out tilt steady and the earth would wobble wildly if there were no moon.

it is beleived that our moon is what's keeping our planet from tilting any more than the 23 degrees it's currently tilted at. They say, i think morgan freeman even navitgated the show and said, the moon's gravity and revolution is what's keeping the earth upright. if we lost the moon, the earth could tilt 90 degrees putting our north pole in direct line of sight to the sun, melting all the ice in a single summer causing much havok in our world. seasons would be no more, all our weather would get really crazy.

Yes. The world IS "turning" but not the opposite way but rather tilting. The north and south poles are swithing sides and this is causing good and bad out comes. A bad outcome is that the earth's grid is no longer where it was, so the animals that migrate that used to follow this grid to get to new places are now ending up else-where. An example would be whales. They grid used to lead them to other parts of the world but is now leading them to land. That is why we are finding more and more beached whales, and no matter how many we save, they will re-align with the grid and end up beached once more. An up-side to this would be we as humans being able to "open up" new parts of our brain. They are finding we are becoming much more psychic and sensitive to the changes of earth.

It's very possible that this could happen. However, it would take quite a force to accomplish this. If this were to happen, both poles would become part of the equator, while whichever parts of the equator that were on the same longitude as the impact (including the complete opposite, on the other side of earth) would become the new north/south pole. Seasons would also change considerably.

No it will not happen. In case earth tilts even by 1/2 degree the effects will be devastating and whatever you see today will not exist. Earth will further deviate from its path and slowly and steadily it will head for a collusion course and eventually destroy itself.

Based on the existance of Uranus whose equtorial tilt is nearly 90 degrees I'd have to say it's probable but it would suck for both haves of the planet. If you meant like the poles spining as if they were points on our current equator...No.

evidence exits that show a magnetic polar shift hapens about every 700,000 years and may take 1000 years to do the whole shft its not sure how much movement is core and how much is mantel but there is a shift.
