no. This is an urban myth from many years ago. There are more false stories running around about MM than any other rock star. Oh, and no he did not have a rib removed so he could fellate himself.

No, I saw an interview with "Kevin's best friend Paul" and he said he's aware of the rumor but it's untrue.
