Tools at top of bar, then Options, then box to allow pop ups.
A dangerous thing to do since pop ups are the main way to transfer virus and trogan horses worms and aplets that overtake your computer.
Some websites need that to download a frame. If you need that for that TEMPORARLY change you computer to allow pop ups, then get back on Tools and redo it to not allow them. Its a dangerous thing those pop ups are. Never ever click on a pop up, it has a hidden code in it that can overtake your computer, read and even change your files and operating system and for sure alter your Registry, which is a hard thing to fix.
