I got into an accident; unfortunately, I didnt get any information from the driver. I was in a hurry to work, she hit my car from the back. After I had checked myself and the car, I just left since I thought I was fine. I know she had to stay there for a while (her front bumper was destroyed) and I think the police might had come after I left. All I remember are the date, time, the lady and color of her car. Now, my body hurt plus my head is hurt too. Im very concern about my health and I just want to have her ins information just in case I need to file a claim. What should I do?

If the police came, why don't you call them? Of course, it sounds like you sort of left the scene of an accident... did she get your information?
How is your head all of the sudden "hurt"? I can sort o fsee back/neck pain, but a headache? That could be caused by MANY things that have nothing to do with this accident. If your car wasn't damaged, you didn't really get hit too hard, did you?

I was in the same situations as you.What you can do is call the police to see if a report was filed and then go from there, but if the police didn't come and nothing was filed then you might as well turn the other cheek. Sorry that this happen, but next time get at least the license plate # turn out for me the person didn't have no insurance.

ohh now your body hurts..Go to the poilce and get your report maybe next time you will take 5 minutes and do the right thing

go to the police station closer to the area where u had the accident.. and tell em all that u know bout it.. and see if they can help you.
