Does anyone know what an "Operation Plus" teacher is in Oklahoma?

There is a job listing for an Operations Plus teacher in an elementary school fo rnext year, but there is no additional information about it on the district web site nor is there any information on the state education web site. Any ideas?

Could be a reference to "Operation P.L.U.S. (Positive Learning Under Supervision)" which is an alternative education and treatment program. This program originated in Pennsylvania. Perhaps Oklahoma schools are looking to copy the technique.
