^ doesn't mean if it has wireless. All you have to do is go to start>control panel (switch to classic view, if not already), and double click on network connections. If you see an icon in there that says wireless connection then you have a wireless card. Or you can go in device manager (right click my computer> manage> device manager) and check under network adapters..

Does it have a wireless switch somewhere on the side of the laptop?

If its not a laptop mostlikely not. If so you will find a little door mostlikely on the right side. If it does not specify then pick up a wireless G at bestbuy.

You can also open a small door at the bottom then you will see memory strips and mini-PCI wireless adaptor circuit board.

go to control panel ... look at ur internet connections ... if u have a wireless card one of the connections will say "wireless" on it ..
