veils have nothing to do with the face the only cover the hair you would be able to see if what she looks like Muslim women where it as a sign of Modesty ,and there are beautiful women that wear the veil.
so the answer to your question is NO!

If that is correct then these 'ugly' women have beautiful eyes, have you ever noticed that?
I have no objection to their form of dress, if I was narrow minded enough to complain about any form of dress it would be the way some Western women that are 'extra large' insist on wearing tiny mini skirts or very tight trousers, now there is a sight to behold, if any females should be wearing the full Islamic gear then its those folk!!!

Who knows, one could verbally abuse you in the street and get away with it because you woudn't be able to Identify them. I have heard that some are quite attractive though.
