Why would there be a teleogical suspension of the ethical? Unless you are using a very quixotic definition of "suspension."

Children Have Their Own Desires Just As Adults Do. I Will Feed every Single Desire They Have That Can Benefit Their Spirit. To lead Them To The Kingdom Of Heaven. This Is What I Believe, It Is Highly Unlikely It Is What They Will Believe. If I Have A child with a good memory, I will prepare him for jeopardy. if I had a child with a great imagination, I will teach him how to inspire. if I have a child with a big heart, he will learn the word of God in ethics, I will teach him to removed spiritual pain from others. if a child can perform multiple things I will teach him multiple things, while also trying to get him to focus on one that can lead him down a narrow path. to everything there is a season and a purpose under heaven. I'm a great father that's just my gift. I was born a person with a large heart. because I love you I seek the best way to put you personally on a narrow path...

Thanks for helping me out about my monkey situation, I am in the process of getting another one but its taking a little longer. I didn't wear him like a piece of jewelry. He was really little when he was born and has always gotten kind of beat up by others. I work in a vet/zoo also and when I take him around other monkeys he is scared and if I leave the room he will cry in the corner. The monkey I am trying to get now is the only one my little squirt gets along with. I just thought I would get on here and see if I got any input from other people in other vets and you helped out so thanks!

I assume you are asking if the ends justify the means (to rephrase your question: Is the application of ethics and thus of ethical [means to an end] suspended because of the consideration of the τελοσ [end]).

Answer:
No. There isn't.
