in 15 and have a permit or 6 months in the state of il. can i get ma licence wen i turn 16 or not? in illinois! or is there and state in which u can get it before u turn 16?

Since you cannot spell license, you should not be able to get one.

You cannot get a license in another state. You must be a legal resident of that state to get a license.

According to what I found, you must use/have your permit for 6 months if you get it when you're 15. If you wait until you're 16, you only need a permit for 90 days. If you've had it for 6 months and turn 16, you can get your license that day, providing you have met the other requirements which include 25 hours of parental/adult supervision while driving as well as a basic drivers ed course. You will then be subject to curfew rules until you are 17.

A permit is not required to get a licence. You must be 16, have passed some form of driver training and then pass your divers licence test. good luck
