this will also work.. goto your Start Menu >> scroll over programs >> right click internet explorer icon and copy... goto your screen (desktop) and right click, paste..

It's called a shortcut. You got to go to the place you usually click on the Internet explorer icon, most likely it will be under all programs, right click on it, select create a shortcut, and it will go to your desktop.

If there is a shortcut in your "start menu", right click it and select create shortcut. Or go C: (windows drive)>Programs Files>Internet Explorer, and right click on IE.exe, and select create shortcut.

This can be used with any icon. Right click on IE (from with in the start menu) Go up to "Send To" and left click on "Desktop (Create Shortcut)"

if you have Internet Exploret in your programs list
i.e start...........program,just right click on it ,click send to ,click desktop(create shortcut)
if not you have to know where the Internet Explorer is (if you have installed windows on C : drive .go to program files....then to Internet Explorer folder.then you will get iexplorer icon you have to then right click on it ,click send to ,click desktop(create shortcut)

look for the internet browser in ur programs click on it with the right click... select create shortcut.. and then drag it to the front screen
