To me Nathalie sounds french, so something like:

Natalie Mariel

Natalie has 3 sylables... so, for proper "flow", use a name like this.
If the Last name has one syallble, then the middle name sould have two, creating a string like 3,2,1... Natalie Marie Wood, for example.

If the Last Name has 2 syllables, then use a name with ONE... Natalie June Carter, for example.

Using the 3,2,1 or 1,2,3 method (as I call it) makes the name flow from the lips.

You want something small due to Natalie being a longer name. When I read your question, the first one that came to mind was Jane.
