Yes, this happens a lot with customer service. You may actually be right when arguing with a customer, but you are always wrong when you disagree with a customer. Also, if your wife says a horse is white, and it's really black, if you say it's black, you're wrong and right at the same time. But mostly wrong.

It depends. If you mean as far as knowledge then no, I don't believe you can be right and wrong at the same time. But if you mean as far as actions then yes, you can be right and wrong at the same time.
