1. A fairy or elf (mythological) type of creature (back)
2. A heart with what looks like either wings, a ribbon or fire (breast or belly)
3. Writing which I believe to be someones name (hand or wrist or lower part of the arm)
4. A butterfly (it's an unusual looking butterfly) (ankle or leg)
