Yup, it's normal. Your nose is dried out because majority of the fluid in your body is being used elsewhere ie: the baby. Try to blow a bit more gently and use plain saline nosedrops.

Your membranes in your nose can get swollen during pregnancy. Many women experience stuffy noses or extra mucus in their noses when pregnant. This could be the cause of the bloody noses. Also, if the air is dry, which it tends to be in winter, this can contribute to the bloody noses. I wouldn't worry about it. You can try saline spray in your nose to help keep the passages clear and moist. If you are concerned about it, call your OB's office and ask the nurse. I am 8 weeks pregnant and trying to get over a cold. Even with the humidifier on in our house, my nose still feels dry and I usually have small traces of blood when I blow my nose.

It doesn't sound like a nosebleed, it sounds like either a sinus infection, or just some seriously raw, irritated nose membranes that are protesting the constant nose blowing.
