It's called being a hermaphrodite. Sometimes this occurs although genetically you may be a female (i.e. XX chromosomes), however sometimes the opposite can occur and genotypically you'll be a male (i.e. XY chormosomes) however, phenotypically they'll have both sex organs. Usually a woman would just have an operation to get the male sex organ removed and wouldn't have any other complications. You'd want to be certain that your just a hermaphrodite however and don't have a genetic disease like Turner's syndrome (XO) or something else. You can look up the aforementioned terms on any search engine.

If you feel like you are a woman, but you have a fully male body, you're "transgendered". If you have both male and female sexual organs or secondary sex characteristics, you are "intersexed". There are a lot of reasons why this might be (both medical and psychological), and nobody on here is qualified to tell you why.
