though there are many jobs available for us many of us wish to go to alien countries.then how can we develop our country?how to stop it?

Depends on what job they want, how much they want to be paid, who is givin them a job over here, and, above all, their mentality!
Doesn't matter. Let those who want to leave leave. If they want to help us from there, fine! No problem! Why say no to help!
If they don't want to also, no problem! We people here can take care of our country. We don't need the help of those who want to run away!

hi, this how i see it. i studied in india and i moved to usa about 5 years ago. how to develop our country? these are my plans - you come here and make money nomatter what your doin you gotta understand that the money you make here is like x 50 in india. you come here find what you love, you do it, learn it make your money and then go back to india and start that business. since everything is more advance in usa you wil have that mentality when you go back.face it thats the only way the country is gonna develop.
