Cylinder volume = pi* r^2 * h
Surface area = 2* pi*r^2 (top and bottom) + pi*2*r*h (side)
See the link for frustrum formula.

1.5 litres = 1500 cm^3. Pipe radius is 2.5cm, length is 100cm. pi*r^2*h = 1963 cm^3 or 1.96 litres

A equals radius, or 67.5 metres.
At 30 minutes, pi*t/B = 2*pi, OR 30/B = 2 OR B = 15

Sorry, I can't draw graphs on Yahoo. Hope I've helped a little.
