Use navy blue mascara. It's funny you ask that, too, because I just read about it last night.

I don't think theres any chemical that can do that for you. Eat a healthy diet seems like the best idea. Theres stuff like Visine that will take away red eye if that happens to be the problem.

If you smudge white eye shadow in the inside corner of your eye (right in front of where your tear ducts are, not in your tear duct) and along the upper inside lid line as the last step of your make-up before your mascara, it will make your eyes look brighter. Just make sure to blend with a soft powder brush.

if the white part of your eye is yellowish, it means you have an iron deficiency. visine helps turn it back white somewhat, but eating a diet with more iron will help alot.

if youre wearing dark makeup try using white eye liner in the corner or gold shadow in the edges

wow...i dont think thats possible...a little dark eyeliner will make them appear a little whiter because of the contrast tho...dont pour bleach in your eyes lol
