Im afraid any skin specialist will tell you that there is no safe limit.. Go for the stand up spray on tan I believe that works well and do you know you can take tablets that can give you a safe tan..

That depends on what you consider safe. Obviously the more you tan, the higher your skin cancer risk. Other factors have an effect too though. If you have dark hair and eyes versus blue eyes and red or blonde hair. Really my opinion is that if you want to be tan be tan, nobody can really say that 12 tan will give you cancer and 10 tans won't so do whatever you want and hope for the best. Their are much worse things, you could be a smoker. And if you are keep tanning your gonna die anyway.

Depends on your skin type. The darker your skin the longer you can stay in the sun. On sun tan bottles it says beetween 11am and 3pm you should be inside. That is to stop them from getting sued. If you start to get tight and sore then i would have swim or slap some more cream on. But defo have a 15min break in side.

Sorry to tell you, tanning is not good at all, it is dangerous. I know 4 people who have developed melanoma, a deadly form of skin cancer. One died. The rest are all hoping for the best. So please don't tan. Its not worth it. It also wrinkles your skin so you look aged and elderly when you are still relatively young.

its not safe to tan at all, but the less you do the better....you might just want to splurge to get an expensive type of lotion thatll give you a natural looking tan...they do make such a thing

any kind of tanning damages your skin, and may spark of premature ageing. Better to stay pale i say.

i think it depends on your natural skin tone. if you have medium or darker skin then that is prolly safe but if your skin is fair i would try only goin twice a week. fair skinned people are a lil more proned to skin diseases and skin cancer.
