I would concact your midwife if you have concerns like this. They could help you and explain things a lot better to you. On my first baby i did not show till i was about 6 months. Second i was just big every where. On my third pregnancy i put on a stone in 8 weeks. Dont worry to much their are people that dont even know they are pregnant as their baby lays in there back. Give the midwife a ring and see what she/he says.

Your midwife should measure your bump at your ante natal appointments and be able to tell you if it is too small. You should also tell her about the troubles you are having eating. It might be a good idea if you are referred to a nutritionist who can help you make the best choices with your food.
You need to be very careful that you are getting enough protein to meet the needs of your growing baby, so ensure you include some eggs, cheese, meat or fish in the food that you force yourself to eat.
You should also make sure that you are taking a multivitamin designed for pregnancy, because it is unlikely you are getting all the nutrients you need.

The answer lies in the size of your uterus. At 20 weeks the fundus (top of our uterus) should be about level with your tummy button and grows by about 1cm a week. The proper way to measure it is to take a tape measure and measure in cm from the top of your pelvis to the top of your bump, it should measure 20cm. But as a good rule of thumb the first method is a good guide and you should be having a fetal anomaly scan sometime soon. Don't worry about how much you show (or not) as this depends on a lot of factors.

If your doctor or midwife are not worried, then nor should you be. You can see them again anyway, just to make sure.
With my first son, people were telling me that maybe i was wrong about being pregnant, and had i done a test, and that was the day before i had him. I was so small, no-one would know unless i told them!
Everyones body is different in the way they carry kids, so just see the doctor, then relax!!

I understand your anxiety, because that's what we moms do when we're pregnant! But everything sounds good. As miserable as it is, morning sickness is a sign of a healthy pregnancy. And a very active baby is always a good sign! Maybe you're just carrying differently this time, and that's why you're still not showing as much as you'd expect to.

it could be an ingrown hair. they are able to ensue everywhere on your physique, could be incredibly painful, and look as though there's a white spot in the path of the bump. do not attempt to pop it through fact ingrown hairs can worsen with an infection. it could pass away interior a week or 2, yet while not then you fairly could touch your wellbeing practitioner.

When I was pregnant with my daughter I didnt start showing properly until about 7 months, but you should have a chat with your health visitor if you are concerned, thats what they are there for!
Hope your morning sickness disappears soon
