As commander in chief, he's the leader of our army; but how does he 'lead' the country. Is he a moral leader; an economic leader? Since many Americans felt he would be a good president [the first time] they voted for him which in turn made him a leader.
Good leader maybe not but leader the same.
I think a leader should be well rounded and speak well enough for the layperson to understand him/her.
they should be savy to the needs of whom they are leading and provide through leadership a better way of life or a better way to whatever the group is doing.
