Questions on how much I should charge for Modeling?
I am an aspiring model and I might have some work with a business whom will be at the car show HIN. If I do 3 different shows which I believe the shows last 6 hours at a time. What would be a decent Salary to ask for?

The reason I ask is the business asked me how much I would charge.

At least $20 hr! Don't sell yourself short! If you start doing things for free everybody will want it for free.

This is a great site for Models who are just getting going!

Good Luck! Let me know how it goes!

take whatever the hell they offer you. starting out, you're lucky if you're paid anything decent for a modeling job. se if you can work out getting a photographer to take pictures while you're working so you can put them in your portfolio. you'll have to ask the people who are hiring you if it's okay, and then they probably will make you pay for the photographer, so i suggest getting one who will work for free, but who is still good (one that's trying to build a portfolio, like you!).

so really, all i can say is take what you can get and make the best of it.
