I've seen the following
Users complain that the virtual world becomes unusable once 15,000 people - a fraction of the overall residents - are logged on simultaneously.
Don't know whether that's relevant.

Before you install any program your should find out the system specifications needed to run the program and whether or not your PC is compatible with them.
Could be you don't have enough memory or that there's so many other programs on your PC it is just to much for the computer to handle.
Try uninstalling a load of programs that you don't use.

does your computer meet recommended requirements? sre there other programs running in the background. press ctl+alt+del look on the lower left. there is a number next to processes this should be a max of 50, and ideally should be less than 40.

It's more than your network connection that makes things run slow. Maybe your hardware can't run the software properly from a lack of RAM or video acceleration.

it could be your computer itself...old graphics card, slow processor, those 2 right there alone could be it..maybe you dont have the most up to date directX or shockwave/flash programs either. Does your computer meet ALL minimum requirements to play the game, if not theres the problem

Not familiar with that program, so only give general guidelines. But I would recommending uninstalling and reinstalling the program. So if that makes a difference.

Did you check the system requirements for the program before loading it? Your computer may not have enough memory, speed, etc. to handle it. Or perhaps you have too many programs on your computer already.

It's probably a huge memory sucking program. You need to upgrade your memory. Or get a new video card. Or graphics drivers. It probably has nothing to do with viruses.
