I have recently gotten a job that I am pretty happy about, but I just don't feel that I am giving 110%

do things without having to be asked to do them. remember all of your duties as well as the deadline. if you have a question, ask it regardless. when you have nothing to do, be creative, i.e., color code the file cabinet, organize the supply cabinet. ask for something to do when you're emptied handed.

Well...first of all....it's impossible to give 110%.....however..you can do the best that you can at everything you do.....proiritization and accuracy are the two main keys. Stay busy...and make sure your not hanging out on Yahoo Answers on company time!!
