Im not sure if she would qualify, but look into finding a therapy animal (or a pet that would fit her personality/interests) to keep her company. A while back my mom was in a car accident and suffered from loss of memory, taste, and smell for almost a year. My dad had to return to work and while my brother and I were in school most the day she took great comfort in the shepherd and pair of budgies we had. They were low maintenance but gave her a sense of purpose while she figured out how to reorganize her life.
With what you have described, touch seems like a very powerful area remaining for your mother and a patient animal could be just the trick for easing into her new lifestyle.

The taste and smell is something that is easy to live without. It is the sight you should be focusing on. Have you considered getting her a trained dog. Organizations train dogs for the blind. Not only could she use the help, but the companionship would be great as well.
Another great idea: Your mom HAS to have great memories from her childhood. I know you want your kids or neices and nephews to know of these stories. Get an easy to use voice recorder for her. She can verbally record her unique memories about her own childhood, first kiss, wedding day, etc. These can be converted to text and her memories can be shared.
Also, they make computer programs so that the blind can participate. The computer reads the information on the screen. As long as she knows the keyboard, she can easily participate.
Sorry about the tumor and her illness. I lost my mom to cancer. Losing these three senses isn't all that bad. Hang in there. You are a great daughter.

There are computer programs for the blind so they can talk to their computer and the computer will talk back, perhaps she could do some online chatting with this.
Try taking her to some musical venues. Music is wonderful.
She could also try a seeing eye dog.
Contact someone in your area that works with or knows other blind people, and ask them.
Good luck.

Sorry bout your mum but i think that for any one that has lost a lot like your mum the best thing to do is let them get out. go for a walk telll stories listen to the redio and try to guess how is singing the song. read her stories and then talk bout them. the most for to overcome is the blindness and all the blind want to do is be like normal people to treat her to a normal life but be carful so not to upset her because then it may be harder to get her to do things. i hope everthing works out!

that leaves only sense of touch and hearing and also she can still talk......I would suggest that she learns braiile, and also she can join quite a lot of volunteer programs to help other people; eg all those hotlines for teenegers etc. if she does this, it can give her a purpose in life and also will help her to realise that there are people out there who also really need a lot of help....

Try the symphony. My gramps can't see very well and he loves to go to the symphony. He says that it climaxes his sense of sound. Good luck and God Bless.
