Try to come up with things that you know you're friends wouldn't be willing to do.
Otherwise, in general, dares like having to do something partially clothed (or naked) in public, declaring your undying love to a stranger, walking barefoot for (insert time), getting a new haircut (has to be dreadful or totally unexpected), dressing up as Darth Vader, and others are always "pleasant" classics.

make a drink (half pint) and put anything (not toxic) in there and the have to drink it all... good fun but disgusting
