$120 at the post office for people. A recent veterinary file with up to date shots on record from the vet for an animal.

The US doesn't not require passports for pets.Countries do require certain health certifications though. Each country will have it's own requirements and needed paperwork.

Animals don't need passports... Just to be quarantined for a certain period of time.
