I am new to webhosting and design so can you tell me the easier FTP client software.(remeber ,a free one)

Definately SmartFTP. SmartFTP allows you to drag and drop files from your local folders into your remote FTP space. You can upload single files or entire folders at once. It's very useful for installing things like phpBB, which done manually would take a lot longer. SmartFTP is free and easy to use.

If you are using Mozilla firefox then you might as well like to use a ftp plugin which would be completely free, lightweight and integrated to the brower like fireftp https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/684/

The best one is called ...... windows explorer also known as explorer.exe. lol linux its called mozilla. filezilla specificly, as well as most others, overcomplicate a very simple prosses. sombody were i worke used filezilla once it didn't sync correctly; to make a long story short she had to delete every thing on the server and upload it all over again. if you have a mac its more complicated becasue your going to have to get rid of that virus and install windows. roflol
