Hey Buddy, better u can stop the automatic Update in the windows security center from the control panel
click on start
click on control panel
open windows security center
click on automatic update
and turn it off nothing will happen
if u want to remove the update
click on start
click on control panel
open the add/remove program
at the top u will see a check box which show that Show Windows Update check that too then wait
it will show the windows update patches u can remove it

BUT MY SUGGESTION S DON'T REMOVE THE UPDATE FROM THE COMPUTER ITS VERY HELP FULL AND IT WILL IMPROVE THE SYSTEM PERFORMANCE AND BETTER U CAN STOP UPDATING FROM NOW ON

Don't ever uninstall any updates, if Microsoft needs to update an update they will do that. Uninstalling updates only make you vulnerable to security risks.

You never want to uninstall any updates. Seriously. They were installed and fixed the problems they were meant to fix and by uninstalling them, those problems will resurface.

So, there's no reason to uninstall them.

Your PC is like a boat with holes in it, the updates patch the holes.

You should never removed them unless you want to be sunk.

when you go to windows update site, by clicking on
Tools > windows update
download those updates which are security updates, otherwise you can skip them.
