I have had this experience twice. Once in New Orleans I saw this lady's breath while she was talking to me, and again when the lady who sits next to me at work ,while she was talking to the boss.It looks as if its 20 degrees, with the clouds of breath coming out of their mouth while they speak.But it was a hot summer day both times it has happened.Thank you for any help you might be able to supply.

This happens to my mother-in-law fairly often ... I suspect that it has something to do with the fact that she is an evil dragon!! It happens right before she breaths fire on everyone!

maybe it was cold and you are just a naturally warm person so it seems like its hot out, but in fact everyone is freezing...
