More often then not i would pick Warm and sunny.
however, being a skiier a nice snowy day is great ONCE in a while, but not to omuch
Rainy days can also be enjoyable, but only once a week at most. I lived in Seattle for a 9 months and can tell you that dreary rainy days get depressing real quick to most people who are not used to it.

i live in iowa so i love when it is beautiful and snowing. I love it also when it is raining, I could sit out on the rain for hours.
