In my experience, it depends on when you file them. The earlier you file, the sooner they come back. If you wait until crunch time like most people, the department becomes backed up and it takes much longer to receive your check. I believe I've received it in as little as 10 days with direct deposit.

Your state always comes later than your federal. ALWAYS!! ASK ANY tax return company if you do not believe me. It also depends on when you filed. I filed in the beginning of February so I will get mine middle of march. It also depends on how you filed as well. I did direct deposit so mine may come a little sooner than Later. If you direct deposit or get the card that say... turbo tax offers, than you always get ur federal within two weeks of filing if all went well with your taxes.

When I file my income taxes, I almost always get my state refund check within a week or less. I have a professional company prepare my taxes like H&R Block.

It can take up to 3 weeks, but most of the time it doesn't. When you have your state refund deposited into your bank, it takes even less time. Within a week, usually. =)
