it all depends on what you want to use it for. from what Epson and Canon say on their websites I would recommend the Canon Pro 9000 as it can also print on printable DVD's and the Epson can't

Canon pro 900 and if you have the money go for a HP, they go and last forever, Epson i can not recomend, as i had very bad experiences with them re: reliability and quality and at one time they were so bad that i could bought them brand new in the box for a fiver from the retailer, when they broke down (normaly before even the ink ran out) you just binned it and opened a new box.On the other hand i have a HP 4L laser still going very strong and a HP 930 inkjet, still perfect, and absolute workhorses

I would highly recommend Cannon - I had 3 Epsons breaking down on me in the space of 1 year all under guarantee - I am highly satisfied with my Cannon i550 - and the ink is cheaper too ( Epson ink is very expensive)
