I have XP and Fedora Core 6 on a dual-boot method. I want to get 3D Desktop or Xgl running on it. I also need to know if there is an easy way (without going into command line) to install an Intel 3945ABG Wireless Adapter. I am not going to waste time trying to figure out how to install these things with the command line, maybe Linux is not for me. First, I need my wireless adapter up and running. I got Fedora from a magazine (5-discs). So I want to know how to install the software on Disc 3 and 4. thanks for any help, tips, etc.

If you're not comfortable doing things on the command line, yes, Linux is probably not for you. It's pretty common that you have to do some things like replacing kernel modules.
